Sales CVs are the easiest to screen and the easiest to get wrong. A recruiter looks for three numbers in the first pass: quota, attainment and team size. If those are not obvious in the first few lines, the document is closed.
These sales manager resume templates keep CRM and methodology keywords visible to a search, and give you a place to state attainment year by year without turning the page into a dashboard.
8 layouts that fit how sales manager hiring actually reads a CV. Open a card to preview, or start in the builder — the same content reflows if you switch template later.

Layout, not adjectives
The right template for this field is the one that puts the evidence a sales manager screen checks first in a document a parser can still read. Style is secondary.
Match the market
What belongs on the page
Percentages against target. A missed year stated with context is more credible than a gap.
Inherited teams and built teams are different jobs. Make the difference obvious.
Average contract value, cycle length, new business versus renewal. Those four numbers describe the motion.
Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics — literals. "CRM experience" will not match those filters.
From template to file
Attainment has to be findable before the chronology.
Two lines. This is conventional in sales and expected.
They prove you have sold. Everything after that should be about the team's performance.
Then send. Do not replace the CV with a slide of leaderboard screenshots.
Questions

State the number and the context in one line. "104% in 2024, 87% in 2023 against a quota raised 40% mid-year" is more credible than omitting the year.
Yes. Salesforce, HubSpot and Dynamics are literal keyword filters in many sales searches.
Yes. Drop the team-size line, keep quota and attainment, and prefer Revenue Sales or Summit Pro. The structure is the same; the numbers change.
